It includes end user or trainer's training services concerning utilization of application software products in software development and implementation projects. It's been performing by our experienced training experts practically, in predicted time and scope at project plans.

Maintenance of the Software and Technical Support

Our genuine software products ( ,  , ),  which we completely produce with our own resources, has been developed continually and updated in compliance with changing conditions and technology, by the hands of our experienced expert staff and R&D employees. Therefore, in scope of the guarantee services against flaws for a certain time, in scope of maintenance and technical support services after guarantee period is finished, we present all kinds of maintenance and technical support services concerning our genuine software products of superior quality. These services include updating or upgrading software version, correction of mistakes, performing changes that proceed from legislations or daily necessities  and that are not adverse to the product's basic design or technologic infrastructure.  

Maintenance, technical support and operation support services are being given with the methods of remote connection, support with phone, keeping an expert in place or  tasking an expert upon call (expert/day) according to our customers' preferences.

When presenting any kind of service, it's been elaborated to document in appropriate standards for the quality management system. And the handbook of our products and user documents' last version are being handed over to our customers. Measurement and assessment operations such as preparing Customer Satisfaction Surveys are being performed to increase the quality of our services and to get customer satisfaction.
