Bilişim HR: BİLİŞİM HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our Bilişim Human Resources Management System products are Management Information/Decision Support Systems which include separate versions for small-size, medium-size and large-size public and private entities, meet all human resources related functions and supply various information to all-level executives for improving productivity. These systems comprise subsystems such as Personnel and Register, Job Definitions, Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Career Planning, Training Planning, Organizational Chart and Payroll/Accrual that operate integrally with one another.
Our Bilişim Human Resources Management System product operates in client/server and/or web based three-tier architecture. It has two different releases, one in the ORACLE Database Graphics User Interface (GUI) environment and the other on the J2EE platform. In addition, all our systems include an "Integration Module" and a "Security Module".
Our HRMS application software product is in use in many major entities such as the Turkish Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court of Appeals, the Health Services and Child Safeguarding Institution (SHÇEK), the Mass Housing Administration, the Loans and Dormitories Institution, the Turkish Coal Works Institution (TKİ), TED Ankara College, the Defense Industry Undersecretariat, the Rural Services Directorate-General, TODAİE, TÜBİTAK, İZSU, Atlı Zincir, AVİVA, TRT, Galatasaray University and ETİ Holding and is also usable integrally with the financial resources, material resources and other management subsystems which constitute the "Integrated Management Systems" of Bilişim Ltd.
In realizing the Bilişim Human Resources Management System, Bilişim Ltd abided by its objective of permanent, functional and contemporary solutions, as it always did on all other projects. This system, prepared by respecting the principles of teamwork, functional contemporary solutions, documentation first, maintainability, reliability, usability and continuity, contains infinite number of reports that can be defined interactively by the user.
For the Payroll/Accrual module in Turkey of Oracle Turkey's own application software products (Oracle Applications), which are also being marketed by Oracle Turkey in the international market, an interface prepared under a strategic cooperation agreement between Bilişim Ltd and Oracle Turkey and the Bilişim Payroll/Accrual System is used. This product of us, being directly marketed by Oracle Turkey, has already been put to use in entities such as TAV Joint Venture ("DHMİ Istanbul Atatürk Airport" Project), MESA, YATAŞ, AKSA Akrilik Kimya Sanayi T.A.Ş., TAB Gıda San. ve Tic.
